If you or a loved one has been convicted of a criminal offense and have completed the terms and conditions of your probation, you may be eligible to get your criminal conviction expunged. “Expunged” means that you can legally answer on most job applications that you have never been convicted of a criminal conviction. There, of course, are exceptions. This is not to be confused with “Sealing a Criminal Record” which is an entirely different process.
